Race slicks
Track only. Measured in sessions, not kilometres.
Full slicks for racing and fast track-day groups. They give the most grip there is, but only at operating temperature, so they need tyre warmers before every session. Not road legal, and useless in rain without a dedicated wet.

Do I need tyre warmers for slicks?
Yes. Slicks only grip at operating temperature, and a cold slick on the first lap is one of the most common ways to crash at a track day. Warmers bring them up to temperature before you ride out. Slicks are not road legal, so the bike needs to be trailered.
