Cruiser & V-twin tyres
High load capacity, long life and stability under weight.
Heavy bikes, long wheelbases and lots of low-down torque need a strong carcass and a hard-wearing compound. Cruiser tyres carry high load indexes, stay stable two-up with luggage, and last. Many come in bias-ply (B) construction to suit the bikes' handling.

Can I put radial tyres on a cruiser that came with bias-ply?
Only where the bike's maker or the tyre maker approves that combination, and never mixed front and rear. Bias and radial tyres flex differently, and cruisers are set up around what they left the factory on. Your owner's manual and the tyre maker's fitment list are the authority.
